What will it Take?
Listening to the CD program is all it takes.
There are four CD's that last about 25 minutes each: Stop the Emotional Eating, Freedom from Cravings, Motivation to Exercise and Positive Affirmations for Successful Weight Loss you will only listen to one CD daily, and let your subconscious mind do all the work.
Most people are successful by listening to one session repeatedly for about two weeks, then moving on to the next, and so on.
You can listen to these CDs in any order, though I suggest you listen to Stop the Emotional Eating CD first.
Compared to yo-yo dieting, long exercise programs or unnatural pills, losing weight by relaxing with your CD player will be a breeze and feel like a breath of fresh air!
Listen to the "Positive Affirmation for Successful Weight Loss" session at the end to maintain your healthy weight once you achieve it!
