<p>Have you ever dreamed to be able to draw like Raphael or to play the piano like Rachmaninoff?<br>Have you ever thought that it is possible to become a top-level chess player or world-class athlete?<br>It is hard to believe but over 30 years ago Russian neuropsychologist Doctor Raikov hypnotized thousands of people into thinking and acting like geniuses.<br>One female physics student that had never painted anything was convinced she had the artistic ability of Raphael. She was convinced that she was living and working in Italy during the Renaissance. The student began to produce amazing drawings. Sketch after sketch flowed effortlessly from her fingers. With each session, her abilities improved. She identified herself so completely with Raphael that she even signed and dated one of her paintings as &#8220;Raphael, 1590.&#8221;<br>By putting students into a deep trance, Dr. Raikov helped them to “borrow” the skills and talents of genius people to make them permanently their own skills and talents.<br>His method became known as The Raikov Effect. And it is about how you can tap into the power of your mind, using simple brain hacks that give you access to your creative potential.</p>



<p><strong>Here are 5 Steps you can take to tap into your unconscious genius:</strong></p>



<p>Step 1: Relax, meditate, go into trance.</p>



<p>Step 2: Picture your genius in your mind. Make the image bright and colourful. Picture your genius doing what they do the best. Just look at them.</p>



<p>Step 3:  See your genius in front of you. Swap heads. Put the genius head on your shoulders. You can also imagine yourself floating into your genius body.</p>



<p>Step 4: Act AS IF. Picture yourself performing their skills and doing what they do the best. See-through their eyes, feel what they feel, think what they think, and enjoy the feeling.</p>



<p>Step 5: Take Actions. Start using your powerful new skill or talent to do what you want to do, as soon as possible.</p>



<p>Step 6: Repeat this exercise over and over again to create and to empower your new neuro pathways.</p>

<p>Mental chatter works like white noise. You are not aware of it but it is constantly running old thought patterns infused with anxiety, fears, worries, doubts, frustration and anger…<br></p>



<p>Like white noise, that masks the rest of the sounds around us, mental chatter blocks us from experiencing life at it’s fullest. It becomes a barrier for us to experience life just the way it is. It runs survivor programs to protect us from life, perceived as dangerous.<br></p>



<p>Mental chatter is unnoticeable once you get use to it. But it consumes a lot of mental energy to sustain itself. It frightens you ] with a fear of WHAT IF… and than it tries to resolve the fear. It sustains a never-ending cycle of negative thinking in an effort to prepare you for the future and the vicious cycle continues generating more of the fight and fly response.<br></p>



<p>You can’t drive your car forward and backward at the same time. You can’t act smart in the fight or flight. We either survive or thrive. We either move forward or backward.<br></p>



<p>There are a few steps you can take to switch from fight or fly to rest and digest, from your sympathetic to parasympathetic system, from surviving to succeeding in life.<br></p>



<p>It may take 15 min. of daily practice to rewire the old reactions. You can practice these four steps before bed time or first thing in the morning:</p>



<p><strong>Step 1. </strong>Slow down to witness your breath. Focus on your breathing for a few minutes;<br></p>



<p><strong>Step 2.</strong> Allow your thoughts as they come. Observe your thoughts without judgement for a few minutes;<br></p>



<p><strong>Step 3. </strong>Become aware of how you feel for a few minutes. Don’t try to change the way you feel. Just observe and accept to the best of your ability.<br></p>



<p><strong>Step 4.</strong> You will find yourself sinking into the pockets of NO THOUGHT experiences. At first, they may only last for a few moments. As you continue your practice, the gaps between the thoughts will be wider and the presence of peace within you too.</p>

<p>With COVID 19 still testing us it becomes even more important for us to experience love. Not tolerance, not empathy, but LOVE. Unconditional love.<br></p>



<p>Have you noticed when you are in pain/fearful, your world shrinks, you feel more isolated, more detached, less safe? When we focus on pain and fear, we exclude everything that is opposite to pain and fear. Fear separates us from the best of ourselves and the rest of the world. </p>



<p>Love is an unconditional connection to the rest of the world.</p>



<p>When we are in survivor mode we away from pain and fear by focusing more on pain and fear only to feel even more separated, more isolated, more alone…<br></p>



<p>We can’t act out of love without experiencing love. We can’t express love for ourselves or others if we don’t remember how it feels like.<br></p>



<p>We need to move from mindfulness into heartfulness; from being aware to being love.<br></p>



<p>Modern neuroscience teaches us that the state of love is an incredibly powerful healing state. The body produces an overflow of neurotransmitters that boost the immune system, heals past traumas and brings you back to nature, back to peace.<br></p>



<p>It&#8217;s time for love. Practicing love is an expression of self-love.<br></p>



<p>If you are anxious and fearful and/or if you want to be a high performer. If you want to create your future and be in control, adopt practicing being in the state of LOVE every day, 5 min. a day.</p>



<p><strong>Here are 4 Steps to be in the state of LOVE:</strong></p>



<ol><li>Make it your daily habit before you fall asleep to picture somebody who you love or somebody who loves you unconditionally right in front of you. Just keep that pic in your mind’s eyes and relax into the experience.</li><li>Become aware of the feelings in your body.</li><li>Focus on your heart. Surrender to the best of your ability to that feeling in your heart.</li><li>Accept that feeling of love in your heart to the best of your ability and stay present with it for 5 min.</li></ol>



<p>Practicing falling in love every night before you fall asleep creates the most profound healing results on both the mind and the body.</p>



<p><br>The practice of falling in love intentionally is what raises us above fears, doubts, anxieties, and worries into the freedom to be your best self.</p>

<p>Yes, it felt great. You were present in the moment for that minute of time. And you were at peace with it. When we accept our reality fully, we are than present fully in it. We call this experience being at peace.<span id="more-4430"></span></p>
<p>Why have most of us only experienced a few moments of peace and only a few times in life? How have some people achieved abundance of peace, joy and happiness while most of us are still struggling with the luck of it?</p>
<p>Can you have more of peace? Or can you BE more at peace?</p>
<p>What if the loss of NOW is a loss of Being; and Being in the NOW is being Happy?</p>
<p>Have you noticed that the mind creates many strategies to avoid being in the NOW. Watching TV/social media, drinking, smoking, overeating…</p>
<p>Resistance to NOW seem to be collectively growing especially now as humanity is facing more and more challenges.</p>
<p>How can we free ourselves from resistance?</p>
<p>I have discovered <strong>three ways of cultivating presence in the moment</strong>. Two of them are, like yin and yang. The third way is the way of balance:</p>
<p>1. Radically minimise your mental activity (meditation, hypnosis, prayer…)</p>
<p>2. Radically maximise your physical activity (cardio, running, weight lifting…)</p>
<p><strong>3. Train yourself to be present with whatever you are doing.</strong></p>

Information consumes our attention. Attention requires energy. Therefore a wealth of information creates a poverty of attention and lack of energy. Your attention is valuable. Don’t waste it.<br />

<p><strong>2. Control your focus</strong><br />
Do you want to be in control of your emotions? Take control of what you are focusing on. Focus on what IS GOOD/RIGHT in your life.</p>
<ul>
<li>Reach out, connect to your family and your friends. Share love and receive love.</li>
<li>Adopt a little friend, a cat, or a dog. You will save it and it will save you.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>3. Your last line of defense</strong><br />
Why does nobody talk about it? Stress is the number one trigger to lower your Immune response. The Immune System is the last and the most important line of defense.</p>
<ul>
<li>Use your time to practice yoga, meditation, Tai Chi, and Chi Kung…</li>
<li>Avoid drinking alcohol, eating processed foods, adulterated fats, and refined sugars</li>
<li>Eat good food. Focus on the nutritional aspect of it</li>
<li>Go to bed earlier</li>
<li>Be outside</li>
<li>Get more sunlight and fresh air</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>4. Be good to yourself</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Accept what you can’t change and take control of what you CAN CONTROL NOW.</li>
<li>Be kind to yourself. Give yourself some time just to BE.</li>
<li>Practice self- acceptance.</li>
</ul>

<p>The definition of identity (ID) is who you are and the way you think of yourself. Your identity has been created by the environment, parents, teachers, society…Have you ever felt stuck?</p>
<p>In reality, the ID is our opportunity to become who we are meant to be. We are not our past and we can change and upgrade the ID. We can go beyond what we thought we could be and do. WE can bend the old reality.<span id="more-4352"></span></p>
<p>In order to have more in life we need to BE MORE.</p>
<p>How? We need to expend our awareness from fear mentality (life happens to me) to Manifestor Mentality (life happens by me) to move from I can’t to I CAN and BE.</p>
<p>Here is one of the ways to achieve it:</p>
<ol>
<li>Ask yourself who you want to become, what do you want to have, how do you want to grow in your life?</li>
<li>Who is your inspiration? Who is the person that you want to become alike? Who is your Hero, who is doing what you want to do? Who is your Idol? Who has the qualities/skills you are looking for?</li>
<li>Now, imagine you are in the movie theatre watching your Idol living, acting in the movie. Enjoy observing what you see.</li>
<li>Next, float out of your body and into the body of your Idol and now look through his eyes, listen through his ears, think his thoughts, feel and sense what your Idol feels and senses… Enjoy the experience for a few minutes.</li>
<li>Bring yourself back to your body in the movie theatre. Take a few moments to truly enjoy integrating the new unconscious resources, feelings, sensations, pictures in your mind…. Appreciate integrating the new unconscious resources.</li>
<li>Repeat as often as once a day before you fall asleep.</li>
</ol>
<p>This Mental Exercise is one of the fastest ways of changing your habits and your beliefs to succeed in life. Adopt it to succeed.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Would you agree that the relationship with money is one of the most important relationships in our lives?</p>
<p>They are hard-wired into the unconscious mind. And yet, they have been controlled by the assumptions we made when we were small, beliefs we adopted from our parents, and losses that we have suffered through.</p>
<p>What if Money is an effect and the real cause of having an abundance or not having enough is our unconscious beliefs about money?</p>
<p><strong>There are so many emotions wrapped up in our money!</strong> What would happen if we can link positive emotions to money?</p>
<p><strong>Ken Honda’s concept of Happy Money</strong> has inspired me to come up with some <strong>mind programming statements</strong> that have been working for me.<span id="more-4340"></span></p>
<p>You can use these Mind Programming statements to make them familiar to your Unconscious mind. By doing so you will also make the old limiting beliefs about money unfamiliar.</p>
<p>I state them aloud every morning after awakening. Be bold and honest. It is your truth and it is your God-given right to be abundant.</p>
<p>1. I deserve to have all my needs met all the time effortlessly and easily;<br />
2. I allow myself to have all my needs met all the time effortlessly and easily;<br />
3. I enjoy having all my needs met all the time effortlessly and easily;<br />
4. I surrender to a Greater good than I can imagine;<br />
5. Money is a supportive and loving energy working through me;<br />

		<title>Are You Perfect Yet?</title>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have noticed that many of my clients who have come to get rid of anxiety and/or insomnia have been covert or full-blown perfectionists.</p>
<p>As a recovering Perfectionist, I had to learn a lot about that “Perfect” part of my personality before I could make peace with it. I thought that this small excuse in the world of perfect may help you to avoid the struggle and lost years of joy.<span id="more-4173"></span></p>
<p>I wonder if you can recognize your “Perfect” part:</p>
<ul>
<li>Perfect is not good enough</li>
<li>Perfect is constantly looking for acceptance and approval from others</li>
<li>Perfect relies on other people’s opinions</li>
<li>Perfect punishes and blames you for making mistakes</li>
<li>Perfect is not aiming to succeed. It is simply trying to avoid failure at all costs</li>
<li>Perfect lives in the past or in the future, but it never lives in the NOW</li>
<li>Perfect is afraid to fail, so it procrastinates until you fail. It fails you before you try.</li>
<li>Perfect is stagnant. It can’t grow. It has already reached its destination. Perfect is dead.</li>
</ul>
<p>Do we really mean to be perfect? As kids, did we dream about having a perfect body, a perfect car, a perfect job, a perfect partner…? Or were we just inspired to be GREAT at what we choose to be and do?</p>
<p>Have we, adults lost something important? How did we turn from great to perfect, from wonder to anxiety, from excitement to security?</p>
<p>I wonder what will happen when you accept:</p>
<ol>
<li>You are not perfect</li>
<li>You will fail and you will be wrong at times</li>
<li>You can’t hate yourself enough to get better</li>
</ol>
<p>I am curious what will happen if/when you choose to:</p>
<ol>
<li>Be honest with yourself and only do/be the best you can. Not perfect, just the best you can do/be.</li>
<li>Spend more time to BE. Balance the doing with the being.</li>
<li>Make peace with “NOW”. Do Tai Chi, learn Self-Hypnosis, practice Yoga or Meditation, walk outside…</li>
</ol>
<p>What if you are right and you are not perfect? And when you accept it, you can change it. When you accept you will grow. Let us grow together.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In the Stone Age, people had less sleep, as they wanted to hunt and/or farm as much as possible in the summer. Nowadays most of us usually get less sleep in summer, because we want to do more, be more and spend more time outdoors… Yet, we all need a good quality of sleep, especially in the summertime. In order to sleep, we need to fall into it. Not force, not push, and not make yourself to sleep. But fall asleep.<span id="more-4167"></span></p>
<p>Strangely enough, falling asleep is like falling in love. We can’t control the fall, yet we can only trust it and let go. So falling is not failing. It is about trusting. Trusting your own nature and surrendering to it only to fall right where we need to be. Asleep.</p>
<p>Here are 3 Tips to fall in love with sleep again:</p>
<p><strong>1. Reset your internal clock.</strong><br />
Our circadian rhythms are based on light, darkness and the release of melatonin. By controlling In the first two, we take control over the third one.</p>
<p>Wake up one hour earlier and go outside. You will find that you are feeling sleepy early at night. It takes repetition to reset your circadian rhythm as it always takes to create a habit. And it always works.</p>
<p><strong>2. Use Hypnosis and Self-Hypnosis to train your mind to fall asleep.</strong><br />
Many insomniacs develop a fear of not being able to fall asleep. We, humans, can’t be relaxed and anxious at the same time. Hypnosis and self-hypnosis stop the sleep pressure and trains your mind to relax your body to sleep.</p>
<p><strong>3. Avoid associating your bed with wakefulness.</strong><br />
If you wake up in the middle of the night and can’t go to sleep, leave the bed. Stand up, walk around. For the same reason, stay away from watching TV or eating in bed.</p>
