With COVID 19 still testing us it becomes even more important for us to experience love. Not tolerance, not empathy, but LOVE. Unconditional love.

Have you noticed when you are in pain/fearful, your world shrinks, you feel more isolated, more detached, less safe? When we focus on pain and fear, we exclude everything that is opposite to pain and fear. Fear separates us from the best of ourselves and the rest of the world.

Love is an unconditional connection to the rest of the world.

When we are in survivor mode we away from pain and fear by focusing more on pain and fear only to feel even more separated, more isolated, more alone…

We can’t act out of love without experiencing love. We can’t express love for ourselves or others if we don’t remember how it feels like.

We need to move from mindfulness into heartfulness; from being aware to being love.

Modern neuroscience teaches us that the state of love is an incredibly powerful healing state. The body produces an overflow of neurotransmitters that boost the immune system, heals past traumas and brings you back to nature, back to peace.

It’s time for love. Practicing love is an expression of self-love.

If you are anxious and fearful and/or if you want to be a high performer. If you want to create your future and be in control, adopt practicing being in the state of LOVE every day, 5 min. a day.

Here are 4 Steps to be in the state of LOVE:

  1. Make it your daily habit before you fall asleep to picture somebody who you love or somebody who loves you unconditionally right in front of you. Just keep that pic in your mind’s eyes and relax into the experience.
  2. Become aware of the feelings in your body.
  3. Focus on your heart. Surrender to the best of your ability to that feeling in your heart.
  4. Accept that feeling of love in your heart to the best of your ability and stay present with it for 5 min.

Practicing falling in love every night before you fall asleep creates the most profound healing results on both the mind and the body.


The practice of falling in love intentionally is what raises us above fears, doubts, anxieties, and worries into the freedom to be your best self.
