I had no fears, trying Hypnosis. I started seeing Irina Benoit in late November 2009, at which time I weighted 225 pounds. I was an emotional eater. I ate when I was depressed, when I was happy, when I was bored.

After my first session I found I had lost my cravings for sugar and I had my sense of fullness again. Something I had not had for many years.

In my first week I lost 6 pounds, and to date I have lost 23 pounds, with no dieting. I have eaten the same foods I have always eaten, with the exception of sweets (candy and desserts which I no longer crave) only in much smaller quantities. I occasionally eat dessert.

The look on my husband's face the first time I left food on my plate was priceless!

Over the Holidays, I managed to lose 2 pounds, when I would normally gained 5 to 10 pounds.

Irina has helped me to identify and deal with the underlying issues that caused me to eat uncontrollable. I feel I have my intake of food in control and food no longer controls my actions.

I eat only when I feel physical hunger and can stop when I feel comfortably sated.
