It is always exciting to see how fast children are making positive changes within themselves that usually require so much more time and effort with adults. As adults, the longer we live, the more we tend to focus on things we don’t like, worries, doubts, insecurities, fears, etc. The more we focus on what we don’t want, the more we expect it to happen. We simply create negative expectations and habits of thinking in a negative way.

Success in Life comes easier for youngsters! Teenagers & children have a great advantage: they aren’t as dominated by rational questioning and concerns that adults have formed through their life experiences. Unlike adults, children’s minds are open to new positive experiences, positive suggestions and solutions with a hunger and willingness to change. This is because, until approximately the age of seven, most children are in an alpha brain wave state, which is the same as the hypnotic state.

The parent’s support is vital to achieving the expected results.

We welcome parents in the room for the initial interview and to gather information in order to determine how best to approach the young patient’s problem. But to give the child a sense of privacy and space to express her/his own opinions one-on-one, we ask the parent to leave a room for the hypnosis session.

We also help children and teenagers with the following:
