How does Online Hypnosis work?

I usually do a 1.5 hour long Hypnosis session online. There are three parts to the session.

First part (about 15 – 30 min. long) is greeting and meeting with me using Zoom/Skype video as if you would be sitting with me in my office.

Only you will be sitting in the comfort of your own place. I will ask you about your goals, your problems, and your motivations. I will help you to find your true motivations based on your highest values, so that you will succeed in achieving your goal.

I will describe what to expect from being in the trance. Once you feel clear about the process and we have a plan of action, I will offer you to close your eyes, sit back and enjoy the trance of learning, discovering, changing and becoming the person you mean to become.

Second part of the session (about 1 hour) is the relaxation/trance. This is when the magic of positive change happens.

In the last part of the session I will ask you for feedback and your insights to help you integrate the new positive changes into your everyday consciousness.

I will remind you to listen to the recording of the session you will receive from me and the date/time of our next meeting.
